MEET THE AUTHOR Wotans Krieger is now in his early-60s and started his mystical search as a child, being given a copy of the Bible by his eldest brother whilst sick with measles. As a young man in the 70s and early 80s he devoted himself to a study of the Biblical scriptures and esoteric Christian literature until the death of his German mother, a spiritualist medium, in 1989. Her death caused him to gradually reassess and reject Christianity as he spent several years exploring his maternal German heritage, studying German history, the writings of Nietzsche and teaching himself the basics of German to sit various public examinations and eventually obtaining a diploma from the Institute of Linguists. Whilst he immersed himself in Wagnerian opera he discovered the emotional pull of the Germanic gods which led him into a thorough study of mythology and the runes. In other words, he heard the 'call of the gods'. Around this time he received a mailshot from Woden's Folk and this led to his current 16-year association with them.

References to Woden, Hengist and Horsa in Bede-a Comparison with Other Sources

My readers may wish to read my Woden in Old English Literature and Woden in Mediaeval English Literature in order to gain some background knowledge in the early English references to Woden as I do not intend to go over old ground. In addition to the sources referred to in the earlier essays we have of course the reference to Woden in the genealogies of the kings of the various Anglo-Saxon kingdoms. These genealogies are to be found of course in the Anglo-Saxon Chronicles but we also have some references by Bede in the Ecclesiastical History of the English People.  Penned by Bede when he was about 59 years of age in 731 it is the first example of an English identity to be expressed in literature.

Born in Jarrow in the historical county of Durham Bede joined St Peter and St Paul's Abbey at Monkwearmouth-Jarrow, a double Benedictine monastery, at the age of 7, surviving at the age of 14 a plague that killed most of the population in the vicinity. A pupil of Alcuin he became a scholar of great renown and historically plays an important part in the forging of an English identity. Indeed he is known as the 'Father of English History' and deservedly so. Unfortunately his writings are largely ignored by the heathen community but as I have said before if we are serious about reviving Germanic heathenism we must comb through the historic sources and attempt to place our religion on a traditional and historic footing. That does not mean that we should not have a contemporary outlook but we can not and should not ignore the past.

I first read Bede's Ecclesiastical History in the mid 1980s as a Christian and visited many places associated with Bede and early English Christianity such as the monastery remains at the front of St Peter's Church in Jarrow and St Peter's Church at Monkwearmouth in Sunderland, also in the historic county of Durham. It should be noted that St Peter's at Monkwearmouth contains many original Anglo-Saxon architectural features dating back to the 7th and 10th centuries. The 'Bede's Chair' found at St Paul's, Jarrow has been carbon dated to the 14th century and thus not Bede's but remarkable none the less.

Bede starts his history with the Roman invasion of 55 BCE and then works up to the traditional tale of the Anglo-Saxon invasion of 449 CE and the formation of the early kingdoms of these Germanic peoples in Britain. He makes reference to Hengest and Horsa and gives a tantalising clue as the location of the burial of Horsa:

The two first commanders are said to have been Hengist and Horsa. Of whom Horsa, being afterwards slain in battle by the Britons, was buried in the eastern parts of Kent, where a monument, bearing his name, is still in existence.

Bede reveals the divine ancestry of Hengest and Horsa:

They were the sons of Victgilsus, whose father was Vecta, son of Woden; from whose stock the royal race of many provinces deduce their original.

It should be noted at this point that Bede does not indicate that Woden was a deity but I suspect that he was aware of this anyway. There are no further references to Woden in this particular work. The book gives a fascinating insight into the Christian perception of the Christianisation of the Anglo-Saxons. Bede is also noted for his reference to the Saxon Goddess Eostre in his The Reckoning of Time, written in 725 and the Goddess Hrethe in the same work.

A later reference to Hengest and Horsa is to be found in Geoffrey of Monmouth's The History of the Kings of Britain, written by the year 1155. Contained within it is this intriguing passage:

"The king, at the name of Mercury, looking earnestly upon them, asked them what religion they professed. 'We worship', replied Hengest, 'our country gods, Saturn and Jupiter, and the other deities that govern the world, but especially Mercury, whom in our language we call Woden, and to whom our ancestors consecrated the fourth day of the week, still called after his name, Wednesday. Next to him we worship the powerful goddess, Frea, to whom they also dedicated the sixth day, which after her name we call Friday."

So a full 4 centuries after Bede the names of at least two of our deities lingered on, despite the best attempts of the Church to eradicate any memory of them. It should be noted that a Hengest is referred to in the Finnesburgh Fragment, an Old English poem that is probably contemporary with Beowulf. The brothers are also referred to in the Anglo-Saxon Chronicles and the 9th century History of the Britons by Nennius. There is also a brief reference to Hengist in Snorri's Prologue to the Prose Edda Snorri states that the father of Hengist was Vitta, the son of Vitrgils, the son of Veggdegg.

Hymn to Woden by William Lisle Bowles, 1802

God of the battle, hear our prayer!
By the lifted falchion's glare;
By the uncouth fane sublime,
Marked with many a Runic rhyme;
By the 'weird sisters' dread,

That, posting through the battle red,
Choose the slain, and with them go
To Valhalla's halls below,
Where the phantom-chiefs prolong
Their echoing feast, a giant throng,
And their dreadful beverage drain
From the skulls of warriors slain:
God of the battle, hear our prayer;
And may we thy banquet share!

Save us, god, from slow disease;
From pains that the brave spirit freeze;
From the burning fever's rage;
From wailings of unhonoured age,
Drawing painful his last breath;
Give us in the battle death!
Let us lift our glittering shield,
And perish, perish in the field!

Now o'er Cumri's hills of snow
To death, or victory, we go;
Hark! the chiefs their cars prepare;
See! they bind their yellow hair;
Frenzy flashes from their eye,
They fly--our foes before them fly!

Woden, in thy empire drear,
Thou the groans of death dost hear,
And welcome to thy dusky hall
Those that for their country fall!
Hail, all hail the godlike train,
That with thee the goblet drain;
Or with many a huge compeer,
Lift, as erst, the shadowy spear!
Whilst Hela's inmost caverns dread
Echo to their giant tread,
And ten thousand thousand shields
Flash lightning o'er the glimmering fields!

Hark! the battle-shouts begin--
Louder sounds the glorious din:
Louder than the ice's roar,
Bursting on the thawing shore;
Or crashing pines that strew the plain,
When the whirlwinds hurl the main!
Riding through the death-field red,
And singling fast the destined dead,
See the fatal sisters fly!
Now my throbbing breast beats high--

Now I urge my panting steed,
Where the foemen thickest bleed.
Soon exulting I shall go,
Woden, to thy halls below;
Or o'er the victims, as they die,
Chaunt the song of Victory!

Thunor and the Fylfot

A 5th-6th century Anglo-Saxon cremation urn from North Elmham, Norfolk.

There is a clear link between the fylfot (swastika) and the Germanic thunder God Thunor/Thor/Donar and this is via His hammer Mjolnir. Christopher R. Fee in his Gods, Heroes, & Kings The Battle for Mythic Britain refers to the 'image' of the Mjolnir 'spinning end-over-end' in the heavens, resembling a swastika.

When Thunor throws His mighty hammer it gives the appearance of a rotating fylfot. The hammer represents one of the four arms of this sacred Aryan symbol. So when followers of the heathen faith wear the hammer of Thunor around their necks they are also in effect carrying a fylfot or swastika.
Stephen Taylor in his book The Fylfot File also draws on this connection, referring to the fylfot as a stylised version " of Mjolnir.

The association of the hammer with a sky God is to be found amongst other Indo-European cultures. The Baltic thunder God Perkons also carried a hammer called Milna which may very well be linked linguistically to Mjolnir along with the Russian molnija and the Welsh mellt which both mean 'lightning'.

The Slavic thunder God Perun carried an axe which fulfills a similar function in mythology to the hammer. Indeed sometimes Mjolnir is referred to as an axe or a club and we must not forget that the Greek Herakles and the Roman Hercules both carried a club. Other Indo-European sky or thunder Gods such as the Greek Zeus or the Roman Jupiter had a thunderbolt as their primary weapon but we must not forget that Mjolnir is the source of lightning in Germanic mythology. The Indian Indra also carried a thunderbolt as his primary weapon.

Not only is the concept of the thunder and sky God a pan Aryan mythological concept but so also is the fylfot or swastika and no doubt this connection between the two is via the thunder God's weapon whether it be axe, club, hammer or thunderbolt.

Eriu, Goddess of the Aryans-a Dream

The following short article was originally published on my Celto-Germanic Culture, Myth and History blog on the 7th of August 2011.

The Gods and Goddesses can communicate with us from the Collective Unconscious via dreams and other states of altered consciousness such as hypnotic trances. Recently I encountered a Goddess during the hypnopompic state of sleep prior to awaking. I often find that dreams experienced shortly before waking stay imprinted on my memory especially if they have a mystical content as this one clearly did.

My dream seemed short and the entire focus of my attention was on the appearance of a Nordic looking female being who spoke these words to me: "I am Eriu,Goddess of the Aryans." This is all She said but it made a deep impression upon me.

Eriu, daughter of Emer (a God of the Tuatha De Danann) was one of a trinity of Goddesses who along with Banba and Fohla founded the land of Ireland (also known as Eire, Erin and Eireann). Indeed Eire was named after Eriu Herself. Thus we can conclude that She is a Goddess of sovereignty and inheritance. In Jungian terms this may be interpreted as the manifestation of the Anima, who may be regarded as the collective manifestation of all the females a man has known, especially one's mother. This idealised feminine is the direct counterpart to the Animus in women. The Anima is a guide to inner wisdom and is a sign that the dreamer must confront his destructive side. She is the embodiment of the feminine qualities of female power, sensitivity and intuition.
For a person to be psychologically whole the feminine and masculine parts of the psyche must be in balance. In Germanic mythology the a man's Anima was known by the term Fylgia who accompanied him throughout his life in Midgard and was a type of ancestral guardian spirit.

I have in part interpreted this dream as a need to explore and integrate the solar mythology with the lunar, the God with the Goddess. Too often in heathenism we focus primarily on the male deities often to the exclusion of the female deities and this creates a spiritual imbalance. This is something we must address in the Northern Tradition to avoid our religious path becoming imbalanced and to avoid females from being deterred from exploring their native Germanic traditions.

Shortly after the manifestation of Eriu a most exciting Aryosophical work has been published called The Epic of Arya. In Search of the Sacred Light by Abir Taha, the author also of Nietzsche, Prophet of Nazism: The Cult of the Superman-Unveiling the Nazi Secret Doctrine. I fully encourage readers of my blogs to obtain copies of these two exciting works.

It is significant for me that a deity whose name is linked to the term Arya and the blood and soil doctrine should choose to reveal Herself to me. I believe that as followers of the ancestral Gods we must actively seek to communicate with the Gods and Goddesses and two of the most practical and legal ways of doing so are by inducing trance like states and the incubation of dreams.

The Nordic Appearance of the Aryan Gods

The following short article was originally posted on my Aryan Myth and Metahistory blog on 23rd of July 2011 and I have reposted it here after reading Wulf Ingessunu's excellent The Sons of God

Over recent years from my studies of the mythologies of various Aryan peoples I have been struck by the similarity in the physical appearance of the Gods of the various pantheons. Hardly without exception they are of Nordic, indeed of extreme Nordic appearance with "snow white" skin, tall in height, light eyed, being mainly blue, grey or green and light haired, predominately blond but also red. There are some exceptions. Poseidon or Neptune, the Greek/Roman sea God has black hair but he is the brother of Zeus/Jupiter and thus of the same divine stock. In the fairy tale of Snow White the heroine of the tale has "snow white" skin but raven hair. *

A cursory study of Homer`s Illiad and Odyssey confirm that in the vast majority of cases the Gods and demi-Gods/heroes are light skinned, light eyed and light haired. Jos Rogiers in his splendid work The Lost Civilization of Homo Supersapiens also makes this observation and does a thorough job of it. I refer readers to Part II Chapter 6 in which he goes into great detail and quoting many references to Aryan myths and fairy tales which consistently describe the physical appearance of the divine beings referred to.

We must not forget that fairy tales, although collected and recorded in post conversion times do contain a great deal of mythological knowledge although much of it has a Christian veneer. The ancient Gods and Godesses of the Aryan peoples could no longer be openly referred to. Many that could not be canonised by the church were subsequently demonised. Many of the Gods continued to survive as fairies, fays, giants, elves, dwarves or banshees. As befitting beings of the Golden Age of Earth the Gods and Goddesses frequently are clothed in white, silver, golden or purple raiment. Often the Celtic ones also appear in green. Often they carry weapons or tools of great value, being gold or silver. This is not surprising as in the Golden Age gold and silver were in great abundance on the earth.

Apart from the major deities which are usually 12 or 13 in number there is a host of other minor Gods and Goddesses and those who are of part divine descent, named as heroes in the Greek tradition. Heroes have only one divine parent, most often it is the father rather than the mother. These heroes or Demi-Gods share the same sort of appearance as the Gods. Nymphs, many giants, valkyries and elves also share this same radiant, beautiful and unearthly appearance. On a personal note I recently had a dream in which a shining blonde Goddess appeared to me and announced: "Iam Eriu, Goddess of the Aryans."

The various Aryan mythologies make it clear that the royal families of the Aryan nations were of divine descent. The Anglo-Saxon Chronicles record the Germanic God Woden as being the ancestor of the royal families of the various Anglo-Saxon tribes. Not only were the kings and princes able to claim a divine lineage but many of the common people of the Aryan nations. For instance Tacitus' Germania states in section 2.2: "In ancient lays, their only type of historical tradition, they celebrate Tuisto, a god brought forth from the earth. They attribute to him a son, Mannus, the source and founder of their people, and to Mannus three sons, from whose names those nearest the Ocean are called Ingvaeones, those in the middle Herminones, and the rest Istvaeones." Mannus appears to be the same deity referred to in Indo-Iranian mythology as Manu.

With some justification the Germanic peoples could and indeed should think of themselves as a divine people, sons and daughters of the Gods. Indeed is it not amongst northern Europeans that the Nordic strain is still strongest? Indeed it is our genetic link to the Golden Age Gods who once walked the earth and were overlords of the human races and the parents of some. They will walk the earth again when this present Dark Age of chaos, this Wolf Age, this Iron Age, this Kali Yuga is brought to a violent climax with Ragnarok (Korangar for those with understanding).

*However it is speculated that Poseidon was not an original Greek deity but belonged to a race of Gods from an earlier pre-Indo-European subject population. Indeed we only know with certainty that Zeus, Eos and the Dioskouroi were of Greek origin. There are certainly pre-Greek and pre-Indo-European elements present in Greek mythology. (Edit, 22/3/20)

Hypnosis, a Useful Tool for Personal and Collective Change

For many years I have been fascinated by the subject of hypnotism and how it can be used not just on an individual basis but as a tool for influencing and manipulating masses of people. Indeed my interest led me many years ago to undertake training in the basics of how to carry out hypnotic inductions for therapeutic purposes.

One thing that teachers of hypnosis, especially hypnotherapy will tell you is that the human mind can not be hypnotised against its will. I do not believe this and I am of the opinion that this is said to persuade people not to use their skills and knowledge for unethical purposes. However one may ask, what is ethical? Hypnotism CAN be used against the will, particularly if that will is weak. By contrast I would be very difficulty to hypnotise as my mind is quite analytical and resistant to suggestion. Stage hypnotists know this and that is why before they carry out their act they test volunteers beforehand to gauge how resistant or willing they may be. So yes if one has a strong will it is difficult to be hypnotised against that will. However if the will is weak then it is almost child's play.

Hypnotism is used every day without people's realisation. Marketing and advertising are classic examples of its application. Repetitive television commercials are particularly effective as repetition is a key element in hypnotism. It is quite likely that those television channels with the least advertising subscribers will be the most effective channels as the same commercials are repeated frequently, usually at 15 minutes intervals. When I was young supermarket music was literally that-muzak. Indeed the subject of muzak is deserving of a study in its own right. It is a tool that used to be used to induce a light hypnotic trance in shoppers to make them more receptive to suggestion-the suggestion being to buy more products!

These days instead of employing muzak which in my opinion is not at all unpleasant to the ears modern pop music is used and much of this is of the vulgar variety. Instead of inducing a trance I find the whole ear splitting experience an annoyance, so much so that I attempt to get my shopping done very quickly! It is possible that modern day supermarket managers fail to understand the purpose of background music, thinking instead that their customers should be 'entertained'. What a pity then that they do not take into account the fact that a quarter of the population is over 55 and do not need what is left of their hearing to be bombarded by ear splitting noise! So clearly they have not grasped the concept of true supermarket muzak. Modern pop music does not have the same intended effects.

The above mentioned are examples of how the techniques of inducing a light hypnotic trance are used in the fields of commerce and indeed salesmen these days are trained in the art of conversational hypnosis which is covert in nature and does not require the usual classic induction technique. Hypnosis is used to most startling effect in the world of politics. It is difficult to know when these techniques were first employed by politicians but one can say with certainty that THE most effective political hypnotiser in the modern era was Adolf Hitler. It is said that his presence had a mesmerising effect on both people he encountered on a one to one basis and also on the massed crowds of supporters. There are many historical accounts of down-hearted generals being revived by spending just a short time in Hitler's company. I would suspect that Hitler knew that he had this gift. His talents in this field cannot be disputed. What is a valid subject for enquiry though is whether this was a natural talent-a charisma that he was born with or did he learn these techniques? This has now become a subject of a new book by neurologist Dr David Lewis, Triumph of the Will. It certainly looks like it may be worth a read. Dr Lewis makes the claim that Hitler was hypnotised following the blindness which he suffered after a gas attack in Belgium in the closing days of WWI. The effects of the attack on his eyes were apparently minimal. What caused the blindness was a form of hysteria and this is why hypnosis was allegedly carried out on Hitler. An hypnotic suggestion was induced into Hitler by a nerve specialist Dr Edmund Forster, causing him to believe in his own god-like ability and bolster his self-confidence. What is significant about the gas attack is that the Hitler which emerged after the attack seemed to be quite a different Hitler to the one before it. Whilst I have not yet read the book I am inclined to provisionally accept Dr Lewis's thesis.

Dr Lewis also alleges that another hypnotist had a remarkable influence upon Hitler, a Moravian Jew named Erik Jan Hanussen (born Hermann Steinschneider). I am not sure what Dr Lewis's claims regarding Hanussen are but I do know that he taught Hitler crowd control techniques, mass psychology and the effective use of dramatic gestures and pauses. Despite his ancestry Hanussen was an enthusiastic supporter of National Socialism but was murdered on 25th March 1933, allegedly by a group of SA men. Hanussen predicted the Reichstag fire which occurred on 27th February 1933. It is speculated that the prediction may have been less of a clairvoyant nature and more to do with inside knowledge that the true orchestrators of the fire were to be found in the National Socialist hierarchy. It is alleged that the Reichstag was set ablaze in order to provide some sort of legitimacy to have a general crackdown on any opposition. According to General Franz Halder it was Goering who was responsible for the fire and boasted of the fact at Hitler's 54th birthday lunch in 1943. (The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich, William L. Shirer). Goering however denied any involvement at his trial in Nuernberg. We can of course only speculate as the opinions of historians are divided.

A Dream From Late 2019 Concerning Mass Deaths

Late in 2019-I cannot recall the exact month I awoke from a most vivid dream. On this occasion I did not write it down for it was so clear but at the time it lacked any genuine meaning for me but only in the last day or two did it come back to the fore of my mind.

In the dream I was living in a bungalow that once was owned by my late parents from the early 1970s to the mid 1980s. It is extremely rare for me to dream about this house as it is now so long ago since I lived there so I believe that aspect of the dream has some personal significance for me. I looked out of the living room window beyond the front garden to the street and I could see rows and rows of piles of dead bodies. I was flabbergasted as I could not understand why these people died and how there was such a multitude of corpses. At first I thought that there may have been a massacre but I dismissed this as I could not hear any commotion from within the house. I then looked up into the sky and I could see what were clearly government or police helicopters who were observing the scene.

With the succession of months since I had this dream we have witnessed the onward progression of the Grim Reaper as this mediaeval like plague COVID-19 ravages the countries of the world, leaving thousands stricken, dead and many whose lungs will be scarred for life. It is now clear to me that this was a premonition granted to me to see the effects of the virus. Let my readers be clear about one thing: millions will die-probably even within this small country. Like World War One every household will know someone who will have died from this virus. We are living now in very uncertain times.

One thing that I have discovered in the past few days are the measures which some governments are taking and will take in the battle to fight this virus and these will entail an even greater degree of surveillance over our individual lives and a  loss of personal freedom. It may even hasten on the cashless society which I discussed many times on my former Aryan Myth and Metahistory blog. Many shops concerned by the dangers that handling coins and bank notes pose are recommending or even insisting that customers use a bank card. This is a natural fear and it is understandable that they should wish to protect their staff from potential contamination but the end result is an enslaved society for that is exactly what faces us if cash is allowed to disappear in favour of electronic 'money'.

I wish safety for all my readers and trust that everyone will take the measures that are necessary for their personal survival and that of their families.

Coronavirus, 'Herd Immunity'-the Conspiracy Deepens

The British government appear to be backtracking over its earlier blatant statements a few days ago that its strategy was to allow the Coronavirus to spread in order to encourage 'herd immunity'. As real scientists have repeatedly stated there is no immunity against Coronavirus and indeed even if there was any merit in the government's plan it couldn't work. Allowing 60% of the population to become infected does not bring into play 'herd immunity'. Immunity is created through vaccination and there is no vaccine for this virus. Even when vaccines are employed it is vital for at least 93-95% of a community to be vaccinated in order that those who are not vaccinated to be protected from a virus. 60% would achieve nothing but 1.5 million deaths, not the much trumpeted 500,000.

Today we have heard that shortly the government intends to ask people of age 70 and above to self isolate for up to 4 months. This in itself is sensible and nobody of 70 or above needs to wait for the government to ask them to do this: they should be doing it now. The problem is that the vast majority of the English population have a serf-like attitude when it comes to 'authority' and will believe and trust a government despite being fooled time and time again. I have said before that people who normally vote Labour but voted for the Conservative government in the election of 2019 will live to regret their decision. I was was wrong (in part)-many will not live long enough to feel or express such regret as this plague wanders throughout the land.

Whilst I said that the government's intention to ask people of 70 or over to self-isolate is a sensible measure one must question why at just age 70? People in their 50s and 60s have also a heightened risk of being infected severely by this virus but of course many people in their 50s and early to mid 60s still work so behind this plan is to limit economic disruption: PROFIT BEFORE PEOPLE! Whilst they state that 'herd immunity' is not part of their plans (if true then this is a 'u-turn') by asking those above 70 to isolate they intend to use the rest of the supposedly 'lower risk' population as a laboratory experiment. Yet this will backfire when many in their 50s and 60s die in the tens of thousands. Indeed the only part of the population which is statistically likely to be 'mildly' infected are those below the age of 40. This appears to be an 'excellent' plan to reduce the average or median age of the population and saving money on paying old age pensions to those already in receipt of them or are going to claim them in a few years! They will spare people over 70 as they fully realise that this part of the population have not many years ahead of them anyway! Excuse my bluntness but again I speak from statistical evidence. The part of the population which is over 70 using the 2018 figures is only 13.8% of the national figures. This token exercise will demonstrate how 'compassionate' the government is! By contrast the World Health Organisation urges everyone over the age of 60 to isolate themselves NOW!

The decision taken last week not to close schools demonstrates clearly that the government's plan is to do nothing to stop the spread of the virus. Whilst children are not likely to become severely ill from the virus and in some cases may be asymptomatic they never the less will unwittingly infect others. The closure of schools in epidemics like this helps to protect not just children but the larger community. Schools like buses are breeding grounds for viruses.

The government's first priority should be the protection of its citizenry but it is clear that this government's first priority is to 'safeguard the economy' which is doublespeak for protecting the financial interests of the elite. The lack of concern for the people being exhibited by the government should, I stress SHOULD create a groundswell of anger but instead the broad mass of people are once again showing that you can fool the people twice!

Coronavirus, Government Inaction and the Culling of the Old and Sick-a Conspiracy Theory

In recent days the British government has come under increasing criticism concerning its rather sluggish efforts in combating the spread of the deadly Coronavirus. This criticism comes from the World Health Organisation (WHO), the governments of other countries and even from the former Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt. Up until today I was willing to attribute this general malaise to pure ineptitude but now I am positing the theory that the reason is far more sinister.

The lack of willingness to close schools is down to the 'disruption outweighing the benefits'. It is clearly a reference to the economy as this appears to be of more concern to the government than protecting its population-ITS FIRST DUTY! Whilst children do not appear to be severely affected by Coronavirus they are never the less potential carriers of the virus and can infect older people whilst even remaining asymptomatic themselves. This makes them in effect 'super spreaders'. Closing schools is not purely or primarily therefore of benefit to the children themselves but to the wider community. Thus closing schools EARLY would inhibit the spread of the virus and make 'containment' a more viable option. It would appear that meeting arbitrary government-set educational targets is more important than the health of the population. Up until Tuesday of this week I carried out casual work in a primary school which I have since relinquished as continuing to work there would present a considerable risk to me on the basis of age and potential underlying health issues. The school was so concerned they never even acknowledged my email! Again with many employers, especially schools the needs and health of workers is of little account. Nothing must get in the way of the career and ego of the headmaster! Even travelling to the school would have posed a risk as buses are not renown for their cleanliness or the ability of most passengers to put their hand in front of their mouth before they cough!

According to the Chief Scientific Adviser the government now WANTS the virus to spread and infect at least 60% of the population! By allowing it to spread they believe (mistakenly) that this will create a 'herd immunity'. This is not 'science' but pure hogwash. 'Herd immunity' is built from VACCINATION. To date there is no vaccine for the Coronavirus DESPITE the virus being around for many years! By allowing 60% of the population to be infected they are placing nearly 40,000,000 people at risk and approximately half a million of these people are likely to die if their rather conservative estimate of a 1% fatality rate is correct. In reality we are looking at more than 3%. This would increase the death toll to more than 1 and a half million people. We must now pose the question who are likely to die? The statistics indicate that anyone over the age of 50 has a much higher risk than the rest of the population whether there are any 'underlying health problems' or not. This risk further increases every 10 years or so after that age. Thus the older you are the more likely you are to die. Also those who suffer from certain health conditions such as asthma, diabetes and cancer among other things are also at risk, regardless of age. For those who are 'fortunate' enough to survive their lungs will have lesions which may cause further health problems later on. Boris Johnson's government is thus willingly inflicting a death sentence on half a million people. If this had happened in France the populace would have taken to the streets but as usual all we hear is the moronic mantra 'keep calm and carry on', illustrating once more the servile nature of the mainly English population whose primary purpose is to serve the elite. One would have thought that the awareness that the counter revolution of the late 1960s introduced would have made people more critical and angry towards their government but clearly not!

The deaths of hundreds of thousands of old and older people along with the sick would have the 'advantage' of reducing the current and future cost of paying old age pensions as well as reducing the ratio of people over 50 and over 60 to the rest of the population-a sort of 'inter-generational fairness' if you will! The old will then cease to be a 'burden' on the NHS! This virus then has the capacity to solve the government's 'problem', illustrating for all to see how once more the Conservative Party in government places profit before people. You get what you vote for!

Further Reflections on the Grim Reaper, Odin and Ankou

Ankou in La Roche-Maurice, Finistère, licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0 by Ifernyen. Source: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ankou The image has not been changed and the author does not endorse this blog.

This article should be read in conjunction with The Grim Reaper, an Aspect of Grimnir the Hooded One. There is very little serious reading matter on the subject of the Grim Reaper and this is why I urge my readers to study the aforementioned article for background information. What has inspired me to revisit this subject is the current plague that threatens both Europe and the rest of the world. Coronavirus brings in its wake the spectre of death. Italy is a prime example of this; there are nearly as many deaths from the virus as there are recoveries. Some people refer to Italy's 'aging population' to explain the high number of deaths from the virus but this explanation is not particularly convincing. 29.4% of the population in Italy is above 60 years of age but this is similar to other European countries such as  Germany (28%), Portugal (27.9%), France (25.7%), Spain (25.3%), the United Kingdom (25.3%) and Belgium (24.6%). These figures it should be noted date back to 2017.

I believe that the reason for the large number of deaths is to be found in the large number of cases of the virus. It is as simple as that. Once the figures get into the thousands in the United Kingdom one can expect to see a similar death toll. Forget the nonsense about the likelihood of just 1% dying. That is pure political propaganda and wishful thinking. What we are facing is a real plague which is only just starting and will be here well into next year.

Interestingly between November 2019 and January 2020 both my partner and myself received a series of strange and recurring dreams concerning death. I believe that this was a warning about the plague that was about to hit the world. Such dreams should not be ignored but be acted upon, taken as warnings. Such dreams are not necessarily premonitions of personal death but a warning to take care. At the very least I would expect all of my readers to avoid public places (regardless of your age), carry an anti-bacterial sanitiser, wear a face mask and gloves and do not use public transport. If you do not own a car or a motorcycle now is the time to invest in either a bicycle or push scooter or just use what the Gods gave you: your feet! Despite my bad knee I have been daily increasing the amount of walking that I do so that I avoid using the buses entirely. They are a breeding ground for disease at the best of times but especially for Coronavirus. Anyone within just short of 15ft of a diseased person may become infected by this virus on a bus and particles can remain airborne for 30 minutes.

In addition to taking these minimum precautions now is the time to set your final affairs in order and this includes writing a Will and getting it witnessed. Too many people die intestate without making their wishes and intentions known. Apart from these practical measures now is the time to invoke the Gods for their protection. Thunor is the deity that I would turn to first for this. Those of you who share our faith, wear your Thunor's Hammer and visualise Thunor's protection all around you, enclosing you in a sphere of red light.

As I mentioned in my earlier article there is a clear association between Odin as Grimnir and the Grim Reaper; both persons acted as psychopomps for the dead. There is also an association the ferryman Charon of Greek mythology and Odin appearing as Harbard the ferryman in the Lay of Harbard in the Elder Edda. Interestingly in the Netherlands and parts of Belgium the Grim Reaper is known as Magere Hain ('meager death') and Pietje de Dood ('Little Peter the death'). This concept is said to predate Christianity and thus older than the mediaeval image of the Grim Reaper. The origins of the mediaeval image of the robed, skeletal and scythe carrying Grim Reaper are obscure and whilst Odin as Grimnir feeds into this image it would of course be incorrect to argue that Odin is the sole source for the arising of this psychopomp. The image of the Grim Reaper that has come down to us makes His first appearance in 14th century Europe at the time of the Black Death (1347-1351) which like the Coronavirus originated in Asia and killed between 30-60% of the population of Europe. A figure from Cornish, Welsh and Breton legend, Ankou bears a remarkable similarity to the Grim Reaper. Like the mediaeval Grim Reaper He often appears as a skeleton, wearing a robe and carrying a scythe. The Ankou is said to be protect the graves of the dead and to also collect their souls. (See The Celtic Legend of the Beyond by Anatole le Braz.)  Sometimes like Odin He wears a large hat which covers His face and a  black robe. How far back Ankou can be traced is difficult to say as folklore is to a certain extent influenced by later cultural accretions. I will at some point do a separate study of Ankou.

However for the Germanic mind it is perfectly reasonable in my opinion to draw a clear association between Odin and the Grim Reaper. Likwise in the Celtic mind it is also reasonable to associate Ankou with the Grim Reaper. What is clear is that this image is firmly present in the Northern European collective psyche and may be traced back to pre-Christian Germanic and Celtic religion. His purpose is to assist us in the transition between life in midgard and those realms beyond this one. For this reason we should as I have said before welcome Him when the time comes for He is our guide.

The Odinic Faith of Ragnar Lodbrok

The historical existence of Ragnar Lodbrok is disputed by some historians who claim that he is merely a legendary character or a conflation of more than one historical personage and yet there is far more historical evidence for his existence than for that of 'Jesus Christ'. Ragnar is referred to in Icelandic sources (The Saga of Ragnar Lodbrok, The Tale of Ragnar's Sons, Heimskringla, Hervarar Saga and Sogubrot), Danish sources (The Roskilde Chronicle, The Chronicle of Sven Aggesen and Gesta Danorum), Frankish sources (The Annals of St. Bertin), continental sources (History of the Dukes of Normandy), English sources (The Annals of St Neots) and Irish sources (The War of the Irish with the Foreigners and Fragmentary Annals of Ireland). Strangely though these same historians do not doubt the existence of Ragnar's sons; Ivar 'the Boneless', Halfdan, Bjorn 'Ironside', Ubba and Sigurd 'Snake-in-the-Eye' although there is some doubt about Hvitserk.

In this particular article I wish to focus upon the religious faith of Ragnar, something which appeared to be questioned in the recent television series The Vikings. Ragnar Lodbrok is said to be the same Ragner who led the Siege of Paris in the year 845 and this was depicted in the television series although some historians doubt the identity of this Ragnar with Lodbrok. Ragnar is said to have offered 111 prisoners of war as a sacrifice to Odin by hanging them on an island on the river Seine. This act if correctly reported and attributed to Ragnar would certainly testify to the fact that he was a follower of Odin.

Ragnar met his end when he was thrown into a snake pit by Aella, king of Northumbria. According to the Saga of Ragnar Lodbrok these are his last words:

"It gladdens me to know that Baldr's father makes ready the benches for a banquet. Soon we shall be drinking ale from the curved horns. The champion who comes into Odin's dwelling does not lament his death. I shall not enter his hall with words of fear on my lips. The Aesir will welcome me. Death comes without lamenting. Eager am I to depart. The Disir summon me home, those whom Odin sends for me from the halls of the Lord of Hosts. Gladly shall I drink ale in the high-seat with the Aesir. The days of my life are ended. I laugh as I die."

The Krakumal (translation by Thomas Percy) has a different and much longer version of Ragnar's last words but in my opinion they are far less moving and poignant. These are the last three verses:

"We fought with swords. O that the sons of Aslauga knew; O that my children knew the sufferings of their father! that numerous serpents filled with poison tear me to pieces! Soon would they be here: soon would they wage bitter war with their swords. I gave a mother to my children from whom they inherit a valiant heart.

We fought with swords. Now I touch on my last moments. I receive a deadly hurt from the viper. A serpent inhabits the hall of my heart. Soon mall my sons black their swords in the blood of Ella. They wax red with fury: they burn with rage. Those gallant youths will not rest till they have avenged their father.

We fought with swords. Battles fifty and one have been fought under my banners. From my early youth I learnt to dye my sword in crimson: I never yet could find a king more valiant than myself. The gods now invite me to them. Death is not to be lamented.

‘Tis with joy I cease. The goddesses of destiny are come to fetch me. Odin hath sent them from the habitation of the gods. I mail be joyfully received into the highest seat; I mall quaff full goblets among the gods. The hours of my life are past away. I die laughing."

The faith of Ragnar is clearest in his last moments of life. He faces his death with courage. He does not lament it but indeed looks forward to entering the hall of Odin and being welcomed by the Gods. This indeed should be our attitude towards death. That does not mean to say that we should do anything to hasten it on but when it does come for us we should meet it with fortitude and renew our praise of the Gods.

We should take the courage and faith of Ragnar as an example and I feel that it would be fitting to include his reported words in our sacred rites.

The Eternal Truth of Myth

Many years ago whilst reading Julius Evola's The Mystery of the Grail: Initiation and Magic in the Quest for the Spirit (Inner Traditions, 1996) I was struck by the following quote:

                   "That which never happened is eternally true."

Evola's quotation is a parathrase of the words of Emperor Julian 'the Apostate'.  Evola was discussing the "intersection of history with superhistory". According to Merriam-Webster superhistory is that which takes place or has significance "outside the historical process." Superhistory therefore may include that which is mythical and legendary. The terms myth and legend are similar but not identical. Merriam-Webster defines myth as "a usually traditional story of ostensibly historical events that serves to unfold part of the world view of a people or explain a practice, belief or natural phenomenon." By contrast it defines legend as "a story coming down from the past regarded as historical although not verifiable."

One way to explain the difference between history, myth and legend is to think of myth as stretching back to the Ur time of mankind, before the beginning of recorded history. History does not by necessity have to be written. It could be oral in nature and it could be verified by the discipline of archaeology but in practice it is very difficult to verify facts and past events which are not recorded. By contract with myth, legend is where myth and history intersect. Legend often displays characteristics which are partly mythical and partly historical. The following may help: MYTH>LEGEND>HISTORY.

Because myth lies outside of the normal parameters of recorded history it can neither be verified nor completely rejected. It stands beyond and above any attempt to apply logic or criticism. It cannot be touched, sullied or be subject to modernist political revisionism. It is in the words of Julian "eternally true". An example of where myth and history intersect is to be found in my own genealogy. I refer the reader to the relevant pages of my blog. Via a line of minor gentry in Lancashire depending on which route one decides to take (local historical annals are confused on this point) one may take a line of my ancestry back to minor Welsh lords (ultimately to Llewelyn) or alternatively back to the legendary Volsungs who were sired by the God Odin Himself. Peter Aughton in his book North Meols and Southport, 1988, Carnegie Publishing Ltd) is of the opinion that the Welsh line is correct but concedes that "the people identified by Baines may well be ancestors through one of the female lines." After several years of researching my ancestry I agree with him. The two lines appear to be hopelessly mixed and this appears to be the result of cousin marriage by the ancestors of the Aughtons. This is by no means unusual and occurred amongst my other North Meols ancestors who were mainly a mix of Yeomen and Husbandmen, many of whom are referred to in his excellent book which also features pedigrees of surnames typical to North Meols.

Thus my most recent paternal grandmother's ancestry is historical: it is verifiable from records. The further back this goes it enters the field of legend if one takes the route preferred by Edward Baines in his History of the County Palatine of Lancashire, 1836 rather than that of E. Bland in his Annals of Southport and District, 1888. One day when I have the time and sheer will I will attempt to unravel these lines to see why there are differing interpretations. However this is rather common when one starts to go back the best part of 1,000 years: everything is a questionable! One could regard Sigurd 'Snake-in-the-Eye' as the last historically verifiable person and his father Ragnar Lothbrok as legendary as scholars are divided about the historical existence of this person. I find this incredulous as his sons are known historical characters. It is surely inevitable that their father be no less great? As one goes further back from Ragnar via his wife Aslaug's Volsung ancestry we start to enter the realms of myth with the likes of Sigurd the dragon slayer whose great great grandfather Sigi was sired by Odin. Legend is thus the intersection of myth and history.

As Evola points out the intersection of history with superhistory, with the historical and the transcendental "makes a higher claim to truth."

Coronavirus and the Georgia Guidestones

Capture from the north view of the Georgia Guidestones (English, Babylonian and Russian languages), licensed under CC-BY-SA-2.0 by Dina Eric Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georgia_Guidestones The image has not been changed and the image owner does not endorse this blog.

Some of my readers (especially in North America) may already be familiar with the Georgia Guidestones but I suspect that many of my European readers will be less familiar with them. It is a granite monument, over 19 ft in height, erected in 1980 in Elbert County, Georgia by unknown persons. The monument has a central stone, surrounded by four others, along with a capstone. It is said that the stones are astronomically aligned and there is a slab situated in the ground to the west of the structure which gives some notes about the purpose of the monument and a short history.

On the stones is engraved a set of ten guidelines or principles to guide mankind globally. They are as follows:

  1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.
  2. Guide reproduction wisely — improving fitness and diversity.
  3. Unite humanity with a living new language.
  4. Rule passion — faith — tradition — and all things with tempered reason.
  5. Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.
  6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.
  7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.
  8. Balance personal rights with social duties.
  9. Prize truth — beauty — love — seeking harmony with the infinite.
  10. Be not a cancer on the earth — Leave room for nature — Leave room for nature.

Now some of my readers may take issue with the sentiments of the Guidestones and ascribe to them a New World Order conspiracy theory. I do not feel so strongly about them. I find nothing inherently wrong with most of its message apart from guideline number 3. I see no reason for the necessity of a "living new language" whatsoever.  Some may also take issue with the notion of a "world court" and I do understand the reasons for this unease but nations settling disputes through peaceful and legal means is surely better than a bloodbath?

The world is vastly over populated and consequently man-and his activities have effectively become a cancer, a tumor on the face of our lovely planet who is a living and breathing cosmic being-Mother Earth. Guidelines 1 and 2 are necessary if we are to promote the concept of human and racial fitness. Guidelines 1 and 10 seek balance with nature which is a very pagan and heathen concept and should be welcomed by us. However I can see why 'Christian' white nationalists may take issue with this along with guideline 8 which they may see as being 'socialism' in action.

The guidelines have been inscribed in eight languages: English, Spanish, Russian, Hindi, Chinese, Swahili, Arabic and Hebrew. Below the monument is buried a time capsule. Its contents are unknown.

Moving on to the issue of Coronavirus or to give it its official title 'COVID-19', this virus along with its deadly predecessors SARS (Severe Respiratory Syndrome) in 2002-2004 and Bird Flu (1996) has its origins in China and this has led to speculation that it may be a man-made virus, manufactured in a laboratory. It is certainly interesting that China's 'super laboratory' is located just a few miles away from the food market epicentre of COVID-19. Rather than debate the issue the likes of Google, Facebook, Twitter and Apple are suppressing what they term 'fake news' which makes me consider if there is a grain of truth in this conspiracy theory.

China is a vastly overpopulated country with nearly 1.5 billion people! This represents nearly 18.5% of the global population. It should be noted however that its population has been steadily declining over the years, no doubt due to the one child policy of the Chinese government which has only recently been relaxed because of the increasing age of the population due to the lack of 'replacement'. Their government has long recognised that the size of its population is a problem and now sees that its one child policy has resulted in a smaller younger population in ratio to the elderly of 60 years and over. What better means of quickly reducing the population and at the same time targeting the elderly and the sick? COVID-19 has recently mutated and it appears to be aggressively 'targeting' people over the age of 50. The death rate statistics make for interesting reading:

                                      0-9 years of age 0%
                                      10-19                0.2%
                                      20-29                0.2%
                                      30-39                0.2%
                                      40-49                0.4%
                                      50-59                1.3%
                                      60-69                3.6%
                                      70-79                8.0%
                                      80+                  21.9%

This information was obtained from the worldometer.info website on 7th of March 2020. My readers will note that the chance of death for a 50 year old is more than triple that of a 40 year old and 6.5 times greater than a 10, 20 or 30 year old. At age 60 the chance of death is 2.75 times that of a 50 year old, 9 times greater than a 40 year old and 18 times greater than a 10, 20 or 30 year old. As one reaches 70 or 80 plus this chance of death becomes greater and this is regardless of any underlying health problems which would increase the chances of death occurring. One needs to consider the following question: is this Mother Nature's way of rooting out the aged and sick and thus creating balance among man or is this a pandemic manufactured in a government laboratory with the intention of solving the 'problem' of an 'aging population'? This question must be considered in the light of the Georgia Guidestones!

I stress that this not merely an epidemic but now an international pandemic which could have been prevented or at least curtailed if national governments had taken effective and decisive action right at the very beginning by banning all international flights from China and other infected regions. This makes me consider whether governments including the British government (whose first duty is to protect its citizens) has seen some gain in allowing the virus to spread in the full knowledge that it is the old, the near old and the sick who will pay the ultimate price? We must not forget that the British government actively experimented on the population of the United Kingdom as recent as the 1960s in unleashing chemicals on the general population without their prior knowledge via their infamous Porton Down laboratory.

We have been lectured repeatedly by the medical establishment both in the United Kingdom and internationally that face masks 'do no good' and will not stop you from being infected by COVID-19 and yet their arguments are full of inconsistencies and are devoid of logic. We are told that wearing a mask will not stop tiny airborne particles from reaching your nose and mouth and yet they recommend that the sick wear them to stop the said particles from exiting their masks and infecting others! We are told that washing one's hands is the best way of avoiding infection. This is of course good advice but it is of no use if someone coughs in to your face! Only a mask can offer this kind of protection. We are told that masks do not help but 'panic buying' of the said masks is causing an international shortage and thus preventing medical staff from being safely equipped! If they do not work then why are they required by medics and the sick? The real reasons why they do not want Joe Public to buy these masks is largely down to medical self-interest and self-preservation which is of course understandable from their point of view but I have no intention of surrendering my life for that of a medic! The other reason we are told is that wearing masks in public may cause 'anxiety' among the general populace. Yet despite all this the website of the World Health Organisation (WHO) appears to recommend their use as a preventative measure! This reminds me of Lance Corporal Jones and 'don't panic Mr Mainwaring!' By contrast in parts of China you will be arrested if you don't wear one and that is a sensible approach.

For many years Wulf Ingessunu, the Founder of Woden's Folk and the Folk Warder of the Woden's Folk Religion has advocated that we all prepare ourselves for future catastrophes and in my opinion this outbreak has the potential to be one.

Aryan Myth and Metahistory Blog-an Explanation

One year ago I took the decision to deactivate my Aryan Myth and Metahistory, Celto-Germanic Culture, Myth and History and Die Armanenschaft der Ario-Germanen blogs. I wish now to explain my reasons for doing so.

My Aryan Myth blog was the most popular of the three and I operated this from 2006 to early 2019. During that time (to my surprise) it gained a great deal of popularity in the 'white nationalist' online community, most especially in the United States. On average it would attract over 300 views a day, sometimes up to about 500-600. On occasions I seem to recall reaching 1000 but that may have been the result of a 'bot'. It was linked to many other websites and blogs. My other two blogs were less popular, especially the Armanen one which was more specialised, focusing on the subjects of symbology, runes and magick. Prior to February 2019 my Aryan Myth blog started to suddenly decline quite sharply in terms of views. This coincided at the time with a negative appraisal carried out by Renegade Broadcasting on myself, Wulf Ingessunu, Steed, Heathen Vegan and Woden's Folk in general. Also as a run up to this time I authored a number of articles which were critical of the United States and 'white nationalism'. Some of my regular subscribers became intensely annoyed by this and were disappointed that I was not writing things that they wished to hear, to reinforce their existing beliefs.

I gradually felt constrained by my blog and the expectations of some of my readers. Also over the years websites such as 'rational' wikipedia have used articles on my blogs and my comments elsewhere to attack Woden's Folk and distort their image and message although I have always made it clear that my blogs were and are independent of any organisation that I may (or may not) be affiliated or associated with. Consequently I decided to 'kill' all three blogs, making them first inaccessible to online readers and then by deleting them. During this time I created this blog and transferred across my most interesting articles from all three blogs. This has been advantageous for the following reasons: I have been able to give prominence to some of my earlier articles that subsequently became 'buried' over the best part of 13 years, especially using this current format of blog. It also gave me the opportunity to update some of my earlier work and carry out necessary editing and correction of spelling mistakes! Finally it allows some of my more obscure work, especially from my Armanen blog and to a certain extent from my Celto-Germanic one to reach a wider audience by having just a single blog.

Six months after my deactivation of my Aryan Myth blog Woden's Folk came under sustained negative media publicity thanks to an inaccurate and biased report in the Daily Telegraph. At that time this new blog received a massive upsurge in views as did all those blogs that were linked to the Woden's Folk ones. That upsurge has since died away. As a large proportion of those views were emanating from Linux operating systems I suspect that a significant number of them were those of GCHQ officers who are known to use that (fairly obscure) system.

My use of the term 'Indo-European' rather than 'Aryan' was a deliberate one as I had the intention of reaching a less narrow and partisan audience. Only time will tell if that decision was a correct one. I did on occasions use the term 'Aryan' in post titles as I knew that this would attract more attention on search engines and would help to disseminate messages that I felt were important to be read by as many like minded people as possible.

The destruction of my blogs was for me a magickal act but much of the CONTENT of those blogs remains here on this blog and in other forms of media and that is the important aspect to all of this.

The European Referendum of 2016 and the Flag of the European Union-Some Comments

What follows is an edited version of an article from one of my previous blogs posted in the light of the European Referendum of 2016.

On 1/1/73 the United Kingdom joined the club and by this time it consisted of 9 countries, Greece becoming the 10th country to join in 1981. At this time I was an avid student of biblical prophecy. I like many other people saw significance in the fact that this was now a 10 country 'empire' and considered this to be a fulfillment of biblical prophecy.

"And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads." (Revelation 12:3, KJV)

"And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy." (Revelation 13:1, KJV)

Now I am not intending to go into any great detail about this prophecy, for my reason for quoting these two important biblical references was to illustrate my mindset at the time for I considered that this 7 headed dragon would produce the Antichrist spoken of in both the Old and New Testaments. I spent many years studying these prophecies, devouring many books on the subject. Of course I am no longer a Christian as I have returned to the spiritual path of my ancestors but that does not make these prophecies invalid for contained within the Bible are certain truths which have their origins in Aryan belief systems. Both the Jews and the Christian Church were notorious plagiarists of other religious and spiritual systems, most notably Aryan ones.

Now over the passing decades it became clear that the EEC which became the European Union in 1993 was not to stop at 10 countries! However prophecies contained in the book of Daniel (chapter 7) indicate that this organisation has its origins in the Roman Empire. It is significant that of the first 12 nations to join the EEC, 10 were were once part of this empire but it should be noted that Germany was only partly within its boundaries. Denmark and Ireland were not part of the empire but the other 10 were. It is interesting that the EU (which denies that it is currently a superstate) has both a flag and an anthem as well as a single currency which the majority of EU countries are part of, the Euro. If this is not a superstate then it begs the question what is? But going back to the flag; it is interesting that although the EU currently has 28 members the stars on the flag stopped at 12! You may wonder what is the significance of this apparent piece of trivia? According to the EU:

"The European flag symbolises both the European Union and, more broadly, the identity and unity of Europe.
It features a circle of 12 gold stars on a blue background. They stand for the ideals of unity, solidarity and harmony among the peoples of Europe.
The number of stars has nothing to do with the number of member countries, though the circle is a symbol of unity."

This is a clever deception. We know that between 1986 and 1994 the  EU did consist of 12 member states but this is not the origin of the 12. The true origin is revealed in Revelation 12:1-2:

"And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feat, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: and she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered."(KJV)

The red dragon and the woman clothed with the sun with the moon under her feet and the crown with 12 stars all appear to be competing symbolism if we take Revelation at face value which of course we cannot for it is a hopeless jumble and mish mash like all of the Bible. What appears to be competing symbolism is in fact two sides of the same coin. This is reflected in the political and so-called 'democratic' systems of the west where we appear to be given choice in elections (and referenda) but in reality both players are puppets of the same unseen Zionist hand. The woman with the 12 stars and the red dragon are all Judeo-Christian symbols which have been implanted in the Collective Unconscious of peoples. An example of this of course is the red dragon of the flag of Wales, which is representative of the Judeo-Christian worldview which is at enmity with the Aryan worldview represented by the English Germanic white dragon. My regular readers will understand what I am referring to here. I will address the issue of the symbolism of the number 12 in a future article.
